| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社会支持与食管癌手术后患者生命质量的关系。方法采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对84例食管癌患者的生命质量和社会支持现状进行测评,并对结果进行分析。结果食管癌患者整体生命质量较差;食管癌患者获得较多的社会支持,但对支持的利用度较低;社会支持总分与食管癌患者的生命质量呈正相关(r=0.482,P﹤0.01)。结论社会支持与食管癌患者的生命质量密切相关,应重视食管癌患者的社会支持,增强其对社会支持的利用度,提高其生命质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between social support and quality of life in postoperative patients with esophageal carcinoma.METHODS Quality of life and social support status of 50 patients with esophageal carcinoma were evaluated by QLQ-C30 and SSRS,and their analysis was carried out.RESULTS Life quality of esophageal carcinoma patients was low;Social support of esophageal carcinoma patients was high;But degree of utility of social support was low;Positively correlation was found between social support and life quality of esophageal carcinoma patients(r = 0.482,P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Social support is closely related to the life quality of esophageal carcinoma patients.Pay more attention to and full use of social support resources of patients,in order to improve and enhance patients’quality of life. |
