小儿手足口病血液学变化以及临床特征分析

目的探讨儿童手足口病血液学变化及临床特征。方法选取2010年1月～2011年12月期间某院儿科诊治的手足口病患儿127例做为观察对象(手足口病组),随机选取保健科同期进行体检的正常儿童120例作为对照样本(正常组),进行血细胞检测,并且分析临床特征。结果 (1)临床特征分析:发热占85.04%,皮疹占80.31%,疱疹占32.28%,呼吸道症状占40.95%,消化道症状者占29.92%,神经系统症状者占11.02%;(2)血液学变化:手足口病组白细胞计数、淋巴细胞、外周淋巴细胞绝对值分别为(16.03±2.87)×109/L、(36.44±16.21)%、(5.81±2.28)×%,高于正常组(7.58±2.01)×109/L、(45.52±6.35)%、(3.25±1.21)×%,比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论手足口病患儿血液学变化主要表现为淋巴细胞下降,外周淋巴细胞绝对值升高,白细胞升高。

Hematological changes and clinical characteristics of children with hand foot mouth disease

OBJECTIVE To explore hematological changes and clinical characteristics of children with hand foot mouth disease.METHODS Selected 127 cases of children who had diagnosed with hand foot mouth disease in pediatrics dept.of our hospital,from January 2010 to December 2011(hand foot mouth disease group).Randomly selected 120 cases of normal children in health care department at the same time as control sample(normal group).Blood corpuscle was tested.And clinical characteristics were analysed.RESULTS(1)Clinical characteristics analysis:85.04% of the patients caught fever,80.31% caught rash,32.28% caught herpes,40.95% had respiratory symptoms,29.92% had gastrointestinal symptoms,11.02% had nervous system symptoms;(2)Hematological changes:The absolute value of white blood cell count,lymphocyte,peripheral blood lymphocytes were(16.03 ± 2.87)×109/L,(36.44 ± 16.21)%,(5.81 ± 2.28)×% respectively.Those were higher than the normal group,whose were(7.58 ± 2.01)×109/L,(45.52 ± 6.35)%,(3.25 ± 1.21)×%.The two groups were significantly different(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Hematological changes of children with hand foot mouth disease mainly act as the dropping of lymphocyte,the rising of peripheral blood lymphocytes and white blood cell.
