西利宾胺联合甘利欣治疗慢性重度乙肝56例

目的探讨西利宾胺联合甘利欣治疗慢性重度乙肝的疗效。方法将112例慢性重度乙肝患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各56例,治疗组给予西利宾胺200mg1日3次,甘利欣注射液200mg,1日1次。对照组给予奥泰乐15g,1日3次,强力宁注射液200mg,1日1次。肝功正常后,治疗组改甘利欣注射液为甘利欣胶囊150mg,1日3次口服,对照组改强力宁注射液为甘草甜素片150mg,1日3次口服,继续联合用药3个月后停药。治疗前后进行病毒学指标、肝功复常时间以及停药后反跳情况的比较,疗程中比较第2、4周两组间肝功能丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的均值。结果两组均有效,但治疗组在某些症状、ALT、AST、及其复常时间以及停药后反跳情况、乙肝DNA阴转方面明显优于对照组。结论西利宾胺联合甘利欣是临床治疗慢性重度乙肝的一个理想治疗方案。

Synergistic efficacy of Silibin Meglumine and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate on chronic hepatitis B in 56 patients

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the synergistic efficacy of Silibin Meglumine and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate on chronic hepatitis B(CHB).METHODS 112 patients of CHB were enrolled in the randomized controlled study,56 cases in treatment group received Silibin Meglumine 200mg tid and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate 200mg qd,56 cases in control group received Aotaile 15g tid and Qianglining 200mg qd.After the liver function of patients was normal,the usage of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and Qianglining were changed into taking orally 150mg tid,then continued the combination therapy for three months.The clinical symptom and sign,rehabilitation time of liver function,serum maker and virus DNA were observed.Mean alanine transaminase and aspartic transaminase between two groups were compared after therapy for two and four weeks respectively.RESULTS There were curative effects in two groups,some syptoms,ALT,AST and rehabilitation time,rebound were obviously better in treatment group than in control group.CONCLUSION Our results suggest the combination of Silibin Meglumine and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate is a good therapy project in CHB.
