糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症诊治分析

目的 探讨糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症临床诊断及治疗分析.方法 选择某院2009年5月～2011年5月收治的糖尿病合并甲亢的患者50例,对临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组50例患者经治疗后临床症状多在1～2月明显缓解,体重增加.血清Fr3、FT4、TSH呈正常恢复,餐后2h血糖控制在7.1～11.2 mmol/L,空腹血糖控制在5.2～7.1mmol/L,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进在早期明确诊断,并制定个性化的治疗方案,合理应用降糖药物和抗甲状腺药物,能提高综合治愈率,降低并发症发生率,改善患者生存质量.

Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment for diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism

OBJECTIVE To investigate the diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis.METHODS From May 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital,50 patients with diabetes complicated with hyperthyroidism were collected,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Among 50 patients after treatment,the clinical symptoms were apparently alleviates within 1-2 months,such as weight gained.FT3,FT4 and TSH in serum were recovery normally,postprandial plasma glucose after 2h were controlled within 7.1-11.2 mmol/L,and the fasting blood glucose were controlled within 5.2-7.1 mmol/L.The two indexes showed significant difference compared with those before treatment(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Early diagnosis and individual treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism,as well as reasonable application of hypoglycemic drugs and antithyroid drugs,could improve the comprehensive cure rate,decrease the incidence of complications and improve the life quality of the patients.
