含左氧氟沙星化疗方案治疗老年肺结核的系统评价

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合传统抗结核药治疗老年肺结核临床疗效。方法运用随机数字表法将2008年2月～2010年10月在某院感染科治疗的218例老年肺结核患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各109例,对照组给予常规抗结核药治疗,观察组则在此对照组治疗的基础上加用左氧氟沙星进行治疗,并于化疗疗程结束后评估2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗2个月治疗,观察组痰菌阴转率(85.32%)明显高于对照组(60.55%),治疗9个月治疗,观察组痰菌阴转率(92.66%)明显高于对照组(83.49%),同时,观察组的总吸收率(93.58%)也明显高于对照组(55.05%)。对照组91例患者治疗有效,总有效率为83.494%,而观察组患者101例有效,有效率为92.66%,2组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.367,P﹤0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合传统抗结核药治疗老年肺结核疗效优于单用传统抗结核药物进行治疗,值得推广应用。

Systematic reviews of levofloxacin in treatment of primary pulmonary tuberculosis in the elderly

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with traditional anti-TB drugs in the treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis.METHODS Two hundred eighteen elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in the department of infectious in our hospital were collected from February 2008 to october 2010,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table.The control group was given conventional anti-tuberculosis drug treatment,and the observation group was added to treatment with levofloxacin,then we assessed the clinical efficacy of two groups after the chemotherapy treatment.RESULTS After two months treatment,the sputum conversion rate of the observation group(85.32%)was higher than the control group’(60.55%).After nine months treatment,the sputum conversion rate of the observation group(92.66%)was higher than that of the control group’(83.49%).At the same time,the total absorption rate of the observation group(93.58%)was higher than the control group’(55.05%).The total effective rate of the observation group(92.66%)was higher than the control group’(83.49%),there was statistical significance between the two groups(P﹤0.05)by the chi-square test.CONCLUSION Levofloxacin joint tradition of anti-TB drug treatment of elderly tuberculosis is more effective than traditional anti-TB drugs for treatment alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
