摘    要:
目的 对我国结核病发病情况进行季节性分析.方法 采用改进的圆形分布法和季节变动分析法对我国结核病发病情况进行分析.结果 结核病1~12月份的季节指数分别为:77.90%、79.40%、119.70%、120.20%、110.80%、111.50%、106.50%、104.40%、95.90%、88.20%、91.90%、93.50%.3~8月份是我国结核病的高发月份,高峰期为4月7日~6月1日.结论 采用改进的圆形分布法得出的结核病季节性发病规律,具有较强的实用性,可有效的指导结核病防治工作,相关方法也可供其他地区及其他传染病研究参考.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the seasonal trend of the incidence of tuberculosis in China.METHODS Modified circular distribution method and a seasonal variation analysis method were applied.RESULTS The seasonal indexes of tuberculosis from January to December were respectively 77.90%,79.40%,119.70%,120.20%,110.80%,111.50%,106.50%,104.40%,95.90%,88.20%,91.90%,and 93.50%.From March until June was the high-frequency time of tuberculosis in China and the peak period was from April 7 to June 1.CONCLUSION The seasonal incidence of TB in the modified circular distribution method is strongly applicable and can effectively guide the work of tuberculosis prevention and control.Related methods are also available for other regions and other infectious diseases.
