论健康管理在小儿哮喘间歇期治疗中的作用

目的 探讨健康管理在小儿哮喘间歇期治疗中的作用,为小儿哮喘的诊治及康复提供参考.方法 选择2008年1月～2010年4月在海口市人民医院儿科门诊中就医的儿童哮喘患者356例,随机分为健康管理观察组和对照组.对照组家属采取医嘱及康复建议的处理方式,而对观察组在此基础上通过电话随访等督促手段保障家长对该组儿童患者实施有效的健康管理.2年后对所有儿童患者哮喘发作的次数及效果进行评价并对数据进行统计学分析.结果 经过2年的比较观察,显效、有效、无效率在经确认未进行有效健康管理的146例患者中分别为17％、31％、52％,在经确认进行有效健康管理的142名患者中为56％、34％、10％.统计学结果显示两组总有效性差异有统计学意义(P＜0.0l).结论 有效的健康管理对儿童哮喘间歇期的延长及儿童哮喘的治愈具有积极的促进作用.

Discussion on the Role of the Healthy Management in treatment of Childhood with Intermission Asthma

OBJECTIVE To discuss the role of the healthy management in treatment of the childhood intermission asthma and provide a guide for the treatment and rehabilitation of the children with asthma.METHODS 356 cases from prediatrics clinic service were chosen during 2009 and were divided into the healthy management groups and the control group.The control group were treated with traditional way and the experiment group were treated with effective health managements.Two years later,the effect were detected and analyzed.RESULTS The results showed that the frequency of excellence,good and inefficiency is 17%,31% and 52% in the control group and 56%,34% and 10% in the healthy management group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Effective healthy management plays an active role in the treatment of the childhood intermission asthma.
