热毒宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热98例临床疗效观察

目的 探讨热毒宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热的临床疗效.方法 选取2011年1月～2011年12月于某院采用热毒宁进行治疗的98例小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热患者为观察组,同期的98例采用病毒唑治疗的患者为对照组,将两组患者的治疗总有效率、发热、咳嗽消失时间及治疗前后的血清CRP、β2-MG、 ESR、 PA水平进行比较.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率要高于对照组,而发热、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,血清CRP、 β2-MG、 ESR、 PA水平均优于对照组,P均＜ 0.05,差异均有统计学意义.结论热毒宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热不仅具有较好的效果,且显效较快.

Observation on clinical efficacy of Reduning treatment for 98 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of Reduning treatment for acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever.METHODS 98 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever in our hospital with Reduning treatment from January 2011 to December 2011 were chosen as the observation group.98 cases of patients with ribavirin at the same period were chosen as the control group.The total efficiency,fever,cough disappeared time and serum CRP,β2-MG,ESR,PA level before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than that the control group.The time of fever and cough disappeared were shorter than the control group.The serum CRP and β2-MG in ESR,PA of water were all more than the control group,P ﹤0.05,there were significant differences.CONCLUSION Reduning treatment for acute upper respiratory tract infection with fever not only has good effects,but also has a faster efficacy.
