妇科慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗分析

目的探讨妇科慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗方法及效果。方法选取我院2007年1月至2009年6月临床收治的慢性盆腔炎患者92例。依照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(综合治疗组)和对照组(常规治疗组),8周后对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果综合治疗方法下的妇科慢性盆腔炎患者在症状改善、临床治愈率等方面好于对照组,两组比较有明显差(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗慢性盆腔炎能明显地改善患者临床主观症状,值得应用。

Analysis of the Clinical Treatment of Gynecological Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To investigate the gynecological chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical treatment effect. Methods Our hospital from January 2007 to June 2009 Clinical admitted 92 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Divided into two groups according to the different treatment （treatment group） and control group （conventional therapy group）, 8 weeks after comparative analysis of two sets of clinical treatment effect. Results Comprehensive treatment of gynecological chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in terms of symptom improvement, clinical cure rates better than the control group, two groups have significantly worse （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve clinical subjective symptoms, worth application.
