气管插管在急性重型颅脑损伤急救中的应用

目的探讨早期气管插管在重型颅脑损伤中的应用疗效。方法将我院2010年至2012年期间收治的78例患者分为早期插管组和常规插管组,对两组患者预后情况比较分析。结果早期插管组比常规插管组疗效显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期气管插管对治疗重型脑颅损伤疗效较满意,对预后有良好影响,对改善患者缺氧状态效果较好,值得临床推广。

Application of Tracheal Intubation in Acute Severe Brain Injury Emergency

Objective To investigate the early endotracheal intubation in severe head injury in clinical application. Methods In our hospital during the period 2010-2012 treated 78 cases of patients were divided into early intubation group and the conventional intubation group, two groups of patients prognosis comparison analysis. Results Early intubation group than in the conventional intubation group curative effect obviously, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Early tracheal intubation for treatment of heavy brain injury had satisfactory effect, has a good effect on the prognosis of patients, improve anoxia effect is good, worthy of clinical application.
