护理干预对早产儿生长发育的影响

目的探讨早产儿的护理措施,降低早产儿的发病率和病死率,提高早产儿的生存质量。方法分析184例早产儿的临床特点,采取及时、有效的护理干预措施。结果172例康复出院,占93．1％;5例转上级医院,占2．9％;4例自动放弃治疗,占2．3％;3例死亡,占1．7％。结论对早产儿实施及时有效的护理干预可降低早产儿的死亡率,减少并发症的发生。

Effect of nursing intervention on growth and development of Prematures

Objective To investigate nursing care for premature infants in reducing the incidence of morbidity and mortality and to improve the quality of life in preterm infants. Methods Clinlcal characteristics of 184 preterm infants were analyzed and effective nursing interventions were carried out. Results One hundred and seventy two cases were discharged from hospital with rehabilitation, accounting for 93%, 5 cases were transferred to a higher level hospital, accounting for 2.9%, 4 cases were waived, accounting for 2.3% and 3 cases died, accounting for 1. 7%. Conclusion The premature infant care and implementation of timely and effective intervention can reduce the mortality rate of premature infants and decrease the occurrence of cornplications.
