血流多普勒与组织多普勒评价正常妊娠与子痫前期的右室舒张功能

目的:探讨正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期孕妇的右室舒张功能变化。方法:随机选择健康孕妇50例,在早、中、晚孕期做3次超声检查。同时对子痫前期28例及健康未孕妇女30例也进行超声检查。结果:孕妇早、中、晚期3次检查结果与未孕妇女比较无统计学意义;孕妇3次检查间相互比较也无统计学意义;子痫前期的右室舒张功能减低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两种方法中,组织多普勒方法较血流多普勒敏感。结论:正常孕妇右室舒张功能在舒张期无明显变化,子痫前期的右室舒张功能减低。组织多普勒方法更为敏感。

Assessment of diastolic function of right ventricle by flow Doppler and tissue Doppler imaging in normal pregnant women and women with preeclampsia
