| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针推为主综合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法 将 63例患者分为针刺组、推拿组、针推组 3组 ,分别进行治疗。结果与结论 针推组治愈率和有效率分别为 69.7%和 90 .9% ,明显高于针刺组和推拿组 (均 P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,且针推组治疗疗程亦明显短于其他两组

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the effect on cervical vertigo of combined acupuncture and Tuina therapy as main treatment.Methods Sixty-three patients were divided into 3 groups: acupuncture, Tuina and acupuncture plus Tuina groups. They were treated separately.Results and Conclusion The cure rate and effective rate were 69.7% and 90.9%, respectively, in the acupuncture plus Tuina group, which were significantly higher than those in the acupuncture group and Tuina group (P<0.01, P<0.05, in both). The course of treatment was much shorter in the acupuncture plus Tuina group than in the other two groups. |
