摘    要:目的:建立同时测定呋麻滴鼻液中呋喃西林和盐酸麻黄碱的含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为375nm和257nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.1~0.5mg·mL-1范围内与吸收度值有良好的线性关系,由此可推出呋麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的浓度C麻=1.1387(A257-0.819A375)-0.0001,平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为0.25%。结论:该法简便、灵敏、结果准确,可用于本制剂的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of nitrofural and ephedrine hydrochloride in nose drops. Methods: Ultravoilet spectrophotometry detection wavelength was 375nm and 257nm. Results: The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.1~0.5 mg·mL~ -1 for ephedrine hydrochloride,The average recovery was 100.23%(RSD=0.25%). Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,the quality of the nose drops can be controlled using the method.
