手术切除法及联合新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床对比观察

【目的】分析比较手术切除法及联合新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。【方法】对95例95眼翼状胬肉患者进行随机分组，分别行胬肉切除术及胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植手术，对术后复发率行对比分析，随访6～12个月。【结果】手术切除组（A组）复发15例，复发率为33．33％。手术切除联合新鲜羊膜移植治疗组（B组）复发5例，复发10．00％。两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】新鲜羊膜移植可以有效地抑制纤维组织增生，胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植手术是治疗翼状胬肉的有效的手术方法之一。

Clinical comparative observations of pterygium treatment by surgical treatment and surgical treatment with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation treatment

Objective] Comparative analyzing the clinical effects of treatment by surgical treatment and surgical treatment with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation treatment. Methods ] 95 cases with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated separately with surgical treatment and surgical treatment with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation treatment , and they were analyzed comparatively. The post operative follow- up period were 6- 12 months. Results] 15 Cases with pterygium recurrence were observed in surgical treatment group （A group）, and there currentrate was 33.33%. 5cases with pterygium recurrence were observed in surgical treatment with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation treatment group （B group）, and the recurrentrate was 10.00%. There is a statistical significant difference compared with each other （0.01 〈 P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions] Fresh amniotic membrantran splantation treatment can reduce fibrosis, pterygium treatment by surgical treatment with fresh amniotic membrane transplantation treatment is one of the effective operational methods.
