麝香保心丸对老年稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效观察

目的观察麝香保心丸对老年稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选择老年稳定性心绞痛患者83例,随机分为2组:治疗组42例和对照组41例。治疗组与对照组均进行冠心病常规二级预防治疗,治疗组加用麝香保心丸45 mg,3次/d;每月随访1次,共随访3个月,观察治疗前后每周心绞痛发作次数、血常规、电解质、肝肾功能、血脂、C反应蛋白、心功能指标的变化。结果治疗组患者改善心绞痛症状总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(85.7% vs 65.8%,P0.05),治疗组患者治疗后心率、收缩压、LDL-C较对照组治疗后明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗组患者治疗后C反应蛋白、TC、左心室后壁厚度、心功能分级明显下降,LVEF、左心室舒张早期二尖瓣血流最大速度和舒张晚期二尖瓣血流最大速度比值明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后对血细胞、肝肾功能、电解质、血尿酸均无影响。结论老年稳定性心绞痛患者在常规二级预防的基础上长期服用麝香保心丸安全有效,可明显改善心绞痛症状和心功能。

Clinical observation on the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of SAP in elderly patients

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in elderly patients.Methods Eighty-three cases of stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases),and control group(41 cases).Patients in control group were treated with the routine treatment,while patients in treatment group were given Shexiang Baoxin Pill additionally,2 pills tid,for 3 months.The changes of the frequency of angina pectoris weekly,blood routine,liver and kidney functions,blood lipid,C-reactive protein(CRP) cardiac function before and after one treatment course of three months were observed.Results The total effective rate in improving angina pectoris in treatment group was higher than that in control group(85.7% vs 65.8% ,P< 0.05).The level of heart rate,systolic pressure and LDL-C in treatment group were significantly lower after therapy than those in control group (P <0.05).Compared with before treatment ,CRP,total cholesterol,posterior wall thickness of left ventricle and cardiac function class in treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment,while the left ventricular ejection fraction and E/A were increased after treatment in treatment group (P < 0.05).There was no influence on blood routine,liver function and kidney function after treatment. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill is effective and safe in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in elderly patients.It can improve angina pectoris and cardiac function in elderly patients.
