临床路径健康教育对脑卒中患者生活质量的效果分析

目的 探讨临床路径健康教育对脑卒中住院患者生活质量的影响.方法 对某医院120例脑卒中患者根据“不平衡指数最小的原则”随机分为对照组和干预组,每组60例,干预组采取临床路径健康教育,对照组采取常规健康教育,在患者在入院时和3个月时进行问卷调查.结果 干预后,干预组患者的Barthel指数评分为（67.85±15.42）分,生活质量评分为（518.75 ±90.67）分,运动功能评分为（53.25±10.53）分,均高于对照组（P＜0.05）,HAMA评分（9.78±1.69）低于对照组（P＜0.05）.干预组患者脑卒中病因（68.33％）、临床表现（78.33％）、危险因素（76.67％）、治疗原则（66.67％）、日常预防（78.33％）、合理用药（81.66％）、早期康复的重要性（93.33％）等知识知晓率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 临床路径健康教育可以改善脑卒中患者的运动功能和生活质量.

Effectiveness of clinical pathway health education on quality of life on stroke patients

Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway heahh education on quality of life among stroke pa- tients. Methods According to unbalance index minimum principle, 120 patients were randomly divided into intervention group （ n = 60） and control group （ n = 60）. The intervention group received clinical pathway health education and the con- trol group received regular health education, patients were investigated by self-filling questionnaire on admission and after 3 months intervention. Results After 3 months intervention, the intervention group patients＇ Barthel index score （ 67.85 ~ 15.42） , the SIS score （518.75 -＋90. 67） and the Fugl-Meyer （53.25 -＋ 10. 53） score were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the HAMA score （9. 78 ~ 1.69） was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The awareness rates of pathogen （68.33%）, clinical manifestation （78.33%）, risk factors （76. 67% ）, principle of treatment （66. 67% ）, daily prevention （78. 33% ）, rational drug use （81.66%） and the importance of early rehabilitation （93.33%） was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinical pathway health education can improve stroke patients＇ functional movement and quality of life.
