某精神专科医院心理门诊1903例咨询者情况分析

目的探讨精神专科医院心理门诊咨询者的流行病学特征,为医院心理咨询工作提供建议与指导。方法对2013年某精神专科医院心理门诊1903例咨询者的性别、年龄、职业状况等社会人口学资料和咨询内容进行资料录入整理,并归类分析。结果心理门诊咨询者中女性1052例（55.3%）男性851例（44.7%）;青壮年1151例,占60.5%。职业分布以服务业（469例,24.6%）和学生（484例,25.4%）为主,前5位咨询问题分别为情绪问题（640例,33.6%）、精神病问题（484例,5.4%）、睡眠问题（187例,9.8%）、学习问题（141例,7.4%）和婚姻家庭问题（116例,6.1%）。结论精神心理问题已成为重要的公共卫生问题,分布于各年龄段、各职业。在精神病医院心理门诊就诊的人群仍以神经症和精神分裂患者为主。提高心理咨询专家队伍素质、保证咨询质量、加大服务力度,满足市民的心理卫生需求。

Analysis of the mental hospital out-patient psychological consultation in 1903 cases

Objective To investigate epidemiological characteristics of mental psychiatric hospital＇s outpatient counseling,and provide advice and guidance work for psychological counseling in hospital. Methods Data of 1903 cases in a psychiatric hospital outpatient were classified and analyzed by gender,age and employment status and other basic demographic information and advice in 2013. Results Outpatient who visited psychological consultants had certain population characteristics： the percentage of female（ 1052 cases,55. 3%） was higher than male（ 851 cases,44. 7%）,the percentage of young adults（ 1151 cases,60. 5%） was the majority. Occupational distribution was mainly in service industry（ 469 cases,24. 6%） and students（ 484 cases,25. 4%）. The top five consultation questions were emotional problems（ 640 cases,33. 6%）,psychiatric problems（ 484 cases,5. 4%）,sleep problems（ 187 cases,9. 8%）,learning problems（ 141 cases,7. 4%）,and marital and family problems（ 116 cases,6. 1%）,respectively. Conclusion Mental problems has become an important public health issue,distributed in all ages,all occupations. In psychiatric hospital outpatient,psychological crowd is still neurotic and schizophrenic patients based. It is necessary to improve the quality of counseling expert team for ensuring the quality of advice,and increase access to services for matching mental health needs of the community.
