2010年山东省宁阳县35岁及以上农村居民超重和肥胖流行现况

目的 了解山东省宁阳县农村成人居民超重和肥胖的流行现况.方法 采用整群抽样方法,对山东省宁阳县35岁及以上农村居民的健康状况进行了横断面调查.通过一对一问卷调查的方式,收集调查对象的一般情况、疾病史以及吸烟、饮酒、身体活动和膳食情况,并进行身高、体重、腰围、血压等体格测量.数据处理利用SPSS 17.0软件进行t检验,方差分析和x^2分析.结果 共调查3600人,有效回收问卷3354分,问卷有效率为95.8％.调查对象中男性1093人（32.6％）,女性2261人（67.4％）.调查对象的超重率和肥胖率分别为36.0％和12.6％,其中男性超重率和肥胖率分别为33.9％和10.3％,女性超重率和肥胖率分别为37.0％和13.8％.结论 宁阳县35岁及以上农村居民的超重率和肥胖率呈现较高水平,流行情况不容忽视,建议开展相关健康干预活动.

Prevalence of overweight and obesity among rural adult residents in Ningyang County,Shandong Province in 2010

Objective To obtain current situation of adult overweight and obesity prevalence of Ningyang county,Shandong province.Methods 35 years old above rural residents of Ningyang county were studied by using cluster sampling.One-on-one questionnaire survey was applied to obtain the interviewees＇ general information,disease history,smoking,alcohol drinking,physical activity and dietinformation.Physical examine was also applied to obtain interviewees＇ height,body weight,waist circumference,and blood pressure data.Use SPSS17.0 for data analysis including t test,analysis of Variance,and x2 test.Results The valid rate of questionnaire was 95.8%.3354 persons were investigated including 1093 人 （32.6%） males,2261 人 （67.4%） females.The rates ofoverweight and obesitywere 36.0% and 12.6%,respectively.For male,the overweight rate was 33.9% and the obesity rate was 10.3%.For female,they were 37.0% and 13.8%,respectively.Conclusion Overweight and obesity showed a higher prevalence in 35 years above rural residents of Ningyang county,health education and health promotion should be conducted to help them establish health habits.
