老年病毒性肝炎临床特点探讨(附76例临床分析)

对近11年住院的60岁以上的老年病毒性肝炎76例进行了临床分析并讨论了老年肝炎的临床特点:1.甲肝发病显著降低。2慢肝多,3乙肝病毒感染是其慢性化的主要原因,4发病过程隐匿,5黄疸复发率高,程度深,6肝功损害广泛严重,7重症肝炎发生率高,死亡率高,8误漏诊多9合并症及并发症多。

A Clinical Analysis of Viral Hepatitis in Older Patients

This article reported a clinical analysis of 76 cases of viral hepatitis in patients over 60 years old hospitalized in our hospital in recent 11 years, The clinical features were summarized as follows: (1)the incidence of viral hepatitis type A was obviously low; (2)most of the patients were of chronic hepatitis; (3)hepatitis B virus infection was the main cause for chronic hepatitis;(4)manifesting as an insidious clinical course; (5)a high incidence and with a severe degree of jaundice; (6)an extensive and severe impairment of liver functions; (7)a high incidence and mortality of severe hepatitis; (8)a high incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis; (9)having more complications and concomitant symptoms.
