| 摘 要： | 用透射电镜观察了２８例８０２８周人胚胎小肠ＡＰＵＤ细胞，发现在胚发育第８周肠上皮的基底层即可见到ＡＰＵＤ细胞，早于以往文献报道。根据细胞的形态答发泌颗粒的形状大小，在胚胎的不同时期观察到７种ＡＰＵＤ细胞，即；ＥＣ细胞，Ｄ１细胞?Ｄ细胞，Ｓ细胞，Ｉ细胞，Ｐ，细胞和Ｋ细胞。 |

| Abstract: | APUD cells in the small intestine, obtained from 28 human fetuses of 8-28 week gestation were observed by transmission electron microscopy. At 8 week of gestation, APUD cells were found on the base layer of the smallintestine in form of basemental granular cells. The appearance time of APUD cells in the small intestine is earlier than that reported in the literatures. According to the form of the cells, the shape and the size of the secretory granules, seven typys of APUD cells were identified, namely EC cells (Ecl. EC2. Ecn), D1 cells, D cells, I cells, P cells, S cells and K cells. A few open type of EC cells were observed at 20th week, which may serve as an important physical function in the development of fetuses. |
