卡维地洛在治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭中的应用

目的：评价卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将112例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分成两组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用卡维地洛进行干预。比较两组治疗后的总有效率及超声心动图的指标变化。结果：对照组总有效率明显低于治疗组（P〈0.05）；治疗组在超声心动图指标改善上明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者，在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上加用卡维地洛能够显著改善心功能，抑制左室重构，提高生活质量，值得临床推广。

The clinical application of Carvedilol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of carvedilol in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure. Methods: 112 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, control group with conventional treatment, the treatment group with conventional therapy plus carvedilol intervention.Comparison of two treatment methods and the total effective rate after treatment by echocardiography changes in the indicators. Results: The total effective rate of the eontrol group was significantly lower than the treatment group (P<0.05);the treatment group in the improvement of echocardiographic indices are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The conventional anti-failure treatment based on the use of earvedilol can significantly improve the dilated eardiomyopathy patients's heart function, inhibiting left ventricular remodeling, improveing the quality of life.The carvedilol is worthy to be popularized.
