顽固性频发性室性早搏的射频消融治疗

目的观察射频消融治疗顽固性频发室性早搏的疗效。方法采用心室激动顺序与起搏标测法进行室性早搏标测定位，标测到室性阜搏最早激动点较体表心电图QRS波提前20m。以上或消融电极起搏心电图QRS波图形与室性早搏图形完全一致时放电消融。结果18例中全部成功，成功率100％。无并发症发生。结论射频消融治疗顽固性频发室早安全有效。

Treatment of refractory frequent ventricular premature beat by radiofrequency catheter ablation

Objective To study the curative effect on refractory frequent ventricular premature beat(VPB) by radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods The refractory frequent ventricular extrasystoles of 18 patients were treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA).The way of ventricular excited sequence and pacemaker-mapping was used to map and locate the site of VPB origin.When the original site of eliciting premature beat,where the excitation point of VPB appeared 20ms earlier than QRS waves of surface EKG or QRS waves of ablation electrode pacing electrogram were completely coincident with QRS waves of VPB,was localized,the frequency current should be delivered in situ.Results 18 patients were all successful,the success rate was 100%.No intraoperative or postoperative complications happened.Conclusion RFCA is an effective and safe surgical approach for frequent ventricular ectopic beats.
