人肝细胞癌血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达

探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子与原发性肝细胞癌侵袭，转移和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化ＳＰ法检测８５例ＨＣＣ的ＶＥＧＦ表达。结果ＨＣＣ的ＶＥＧＦ表达与肿瘤大小，肿瘤个数，有无门静脉瘤栓形成，包膜是否完整有关，与术前甲胎蛋白水平，ＨＢｓＡｇ，分化程度无关。

Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and its Correlations with Clinicopathological Variables in Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in hepatocellular carcinoma cell(HCC) and its correlations with invasion,metastasis and prognosis of HCC. Methods 85 specimens of HCC were studied using immunohistochemical SP method respectively. Results The VEGF expression of HCC correlated with tumor size(P<0 05),numbers of tumors(P<0 05),tumor emboli in portal vein(P<0 05) and tumor capsule(P<0 05),but not with HBsAg,Alpha|fetoprotein and tumor differentiation(P>0 05). The significantly negative correlation was found between VEGF expression and tumor free survival time of postoperative patients with HCC. The mean tumor free survival time of VEGF(+) was 22 months,whereas it was 58 months of VEGF(-)(P<0 01). Conclusion Expression of VEGF may contribute to invasion and metastasis of HCC. VEGF is associated with poor prognosis.;
