军事科技档案开放现状及影响因素

长期以来，军事医学科技档案开放和利用程度低，阻碍了军事医学科技档案管理工作的向前发展。经分析，主要与当前我国档案开放现状和军事医学科技档案本身具有的特殊性有关，进一步明确了影响军事医学科技档案开放的主要因素有档案法律的制约、国家保密范围和解密制度的限制，及现代信息技术的迅猛发展等，为进一步做好档案开放工作打下基础。

Opening Status and Influence Factors of Military Science and Technology Records

In long periods,the low degree of opening and utilization of military medical science and technology re- cords hindered the development of the management of military medical science and technology records.With analy- sis,we proposed that it was relative to the current situations in our country and the particularity of military medicine science and technology records themselves.Also the main influence factors were elucidated,including law restric- tions,the national security scope and the decipher system limit,the modern information technology development and so on.It would build the foundation to further complete the record opening work.
