| 摘 要： | 目的：了解干部健康状况，增强自我保健意识，提高健康水平。方法：对某部1886名师以上干部进行了健康体检。检查项目包括常规体格检查，查血常规、尿常规、血糖、血脂，心电图、B型超声波、X线胸片等。结果：干部群体主要疾病患病率以高血脂症居首位（42．8％），其次为高血压病（30．7％）、糖尿病（4．7％）。结论：高血压病、高血脂症、冠心病是影响干部群体的主要疾病，需要加强相关疾病保健知识的宣教和预防干预。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the health states of cadres.Methods:Data of 1 886 cadres were analyzed in- cluding results of physical examination,blood routine test,fasting blood glucose,serum lipid,urinary routine test,B type ultrasound and chest x-ray.Results:Major disease among elderly cadres were hyperlipideamia(42.87%), hypertension(30.7%),diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.Conclusion:We should carry out heath ed- ucation and enhance health interventions for cadres. |
