| 摘 要： | 本文就加强学科建设,促进发展提出了几点建议：①营建医院文化,突出和谐氛围;②注重学科技术建设与管理;③学科建设避免过分强调“大而全”;④合理确定学科发展走向;⑤优弱势学科相互帮扶,取长补短。

| Abstract: | The article gave some suggestions on strengthening subject construction.Firstly,to establish hospital culture and harmonious atmosphere.Secondly,to attach importance to the technology construction and management of subjects.Thirdly,to avoid the appearance of "large and complete" during the construction of subjects.Fourthly,to determine reasonable developmental trend of subjects.Finally,to complement each other. |
