| 摘 要： | 所谓“汗症” ,是指人体不正常的出汗现象 ,如在安静状态下 ,不因气温过高或厚衣叠被所致 ,全身或人体某些部位汗甚多 ,或湿透衣衫 ,或如水洗则为病态。经多年临床 ,我们对汗症辨治总结出了一点经验 ,浅谈如下。1 辨证治疗治疗汗症 ,我们认为首先应明辨阴阳虚实 ,阳虚者 ,益气温阳固表 ,阴虚者 ,养阴敛汗 ,湿热汗出者 ,宜清化湿热 ,邪去则汗自止 ,切忌见汗止汗 ,以防闭门留寇。1 1 表虚不固证 :多为自汗 ,动则尤甚 ,汗出以头颈、肩、背明显 ,汗后乏力 ,神疲畏寒 ,肢端欠温 ,面色无华或白 ,易感受风寒 ,唇甲色淡 ,苔薄白 ,脉细弱。治以 …
