| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生长抑素（somatostatin,SS）参与砖茶型氟铝联合中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍的作用机制。方法依据牧民饮茶习惯建立大鼠慢性砖茶型氟铝联合中毒动物模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型组。造模一年后进行八臂迷宫试验,观察2组大鼠空间学习记忆能力的差异,应用免疫组化方法检测造模1年后大鼠海马生长抑素表达变化。结果与空白对照组比较,大鼠八臂迷宫学习记忆能力在造模一年后差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）,大鼠海马ss表达在造模一年后降低（P〈0.01）。结论砖茶型氟铝联合中毒大鼠学习记忆障碍,脑组织ss表达降低。
