| 摘 要： | 目的观察调脾合剂治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证的有效性。方法将180例小儿厌食症脾失健运证患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组各90例。治疗组口服调脾合剂,对照组口服葡萄糖酸锌口服液,两组均4周为1个疗程,1～2个疗程后统计疗效。结果两组食欲、食量及精神状况有不同程度的改善,治疗组痊愈率及总有效率高于对照组,经统计学处理,两者差异有统计意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论调脾合剂治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证临床疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Tiaopi Mixture in treating anorexia of spleen fails to transport and transform syndrome in children. Methods 180 cases that met the criterion of anorexia spleen fails to transport and transform syndrome were divided randomly into two groups.
