| 摘 要： | 目的探讨痰热清联合利巴韦林治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取99倒手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用痰热清联合利巴韦林治疗，对照组单独采用利巴韦林治疗。结果治疗组有效率同对照组相比有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论痰热清注射液联合利巴韦林治疗儿童手足口病疗效确切，值得临床推广使用。 |
