摘    要:目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管成像在椎动脉成像中的初步应用。方法应用16层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)技术,对12例患者的椎动脉进行增强扫描和三维重建,观察椎动脉的形态及其毗邻结构。结果椎动脉平直、无异常变化8例;一侧椎动脉迂曲、管腔变细2例;一侧椎动脉迂曲、狭窄2例。结论16层螺旋CT的血管造影(CTA)对椎动脉形态学的良好显示有利于诊断和指导临床治疗。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and techniques of vertebral artery imaging with 16-slice spiral CT. Methods The vertebral arteries of twelve cases underwent 16-slice spiral CT angiograph. On the basis of raw data, the 3D, MIP, VRT MPR images were reconstructed in order to observe the configuration and contiguous structure. Results There was normal type of vertebral artery in eight patients . Two cases were showed one side thin vertebral artery. One side vertebral artery circuitous and narrow were displayed in two patients. Conclusion The vertebral artery can be clearly demonstrated with 16-slice spiral CT angiograph, which can conduct the clinical therapy.
