苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症的疗效及对胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的 探讨苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效及对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 选取2018 年5 月～2019 年1 月在我院治疗的80 例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为观察对象，全部入选研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40 例。对照组予以二甲双胍治疗，观察组联合苍附导痰汤治疗，治疗后对比分析两组的临床疗效及空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及HomaIR 水平。结果 观察组患者治疗后的临床总有效率95.0%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。观察组患者的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及HomaIR 水平显著低于对照组，差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的FSH（5.62±0.42）U/L，LH（7.52±1.78）U/L，T（48.21±9.23）nmol/L，分别与对照组比较，差异存在显著性（P<0.05）。但两组患者治疗前的FSH、LH 及T 水平比较，差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论 苍附导痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切，且降低胰岛素抵抗水平，值得临床推广和应用。

Effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with metformin on polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on insulin resistance

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on insulin resistance.Methods Eighty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.All subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin.The observation group was combined with Cangfu Daotan decoction.The clinical efficacy and fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and HomaIR levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than the total clinical effective rate of the control group(70.0%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin and HomaIR levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The FSH of the observation group was(5.62±0.42)U/L,LH was(7.52±1.78)U/L,T was(48.21±9.23)nmol/L,and the differences were significant when compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the levels of FSH,LH and T between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction combined with metformin is definite in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and it can reduce the level of insulin resistance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
