| 摘 要： | 目的通过对"消瘀止痛膏"的临床观察,证实其在急性软组织损伤治疗中的疗效。方法将60例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为甲、乙两组,每组30例;甲组用消瘀止痛膏,乙组用阳性对照药进行外敷治疗,连续治疗3天。结果甲组痊愈1例,显效17例,有效10例,无效2例,优良率60.0%;乙组痊愈1例,显效18例,有效10例,无效1例,优良率63.3%。经Ridit检验P>0.05,等效检验P<0.05。结论消瘀止痛膏治疗急性软组织损伤效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of "Xiaoyu Zhitong Paste" in treating acute soft tissue injury. Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group;the curative effect was observed and analyzed. Result In observation group,1 case was cured,17 cases apparently improved,10 cases improved and 2 cases failed. In control group,1 case was cured,18 cases apparently improved,10 cases improved,1 case failed. The total effective rate was 60.0% in observation group and 63.0% in control group respectively,P > 0.05. Conclusion This paste have good effect on acute soft tissue injury. |
