摘    要:目的了解山东省地方性氟中毒改水降氟措施完成情况与病情变化动态。方法按照山东省地方性氟中毒监测方案的要求,对高密等5县市有关地方性氟中毒指标进行调查。结果高密等5县市共有地氟病村2377个,改水完成率为66.18%,改水工程正常运转率74.13%;高密等3县市改水工程水氟合格率43.66%,水氟最大值4.89mg/L;重点监测点8~12岁儿童氟斑牙总检出率84.31%,缺损率17.29%,氟斑牙指数1.90;儿童尿氟群体几何均值是3.67mg/L,个体最大值25.24mg/L。结论山东省地氟病防治措施落实进度比较缓慢,病情尚未达到有效控制。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the effect of water improvement measures for fluoride reduction and dynamic prevalence of endemic fluorosis in Shandong province. Methods] According to "Shandong Province Survey Scheme of Endemic Fluorosis" , the related indexes of endemic fluorosis were investigated in Gaomi and other 4 counties. Results] Totally 2377 villages were detected flu- orosis in Gaomi and other 4 counties, water improving rate was 66.18%, the rate of normal operation of projects was 74.13% ; The qualified rate of water fluoride projects accounted for 43.66% in Gaomi and other 2 counties, the maximum value was 4.89 mg/L. In the major monitoring points, the average detection rate of dental fluorosis was 84.31% in the children aged 8 - 12 years old, the detectable rate defective dental fluorosis was 17.29%, and the dental fluorosis index was 1.90. The geometric mean of urine fluoride was 3.67 mg/L in he children, the individual maximum was 25.24 mg/L. Conclusion] The progress in implementing endemic fluorosis control measures is slow in Shandong Province, the epidemic of endemic fluorosis is not yet controlled.
