| 摘 要： | 目的：对薤白平喘作用的有效部位进行筛选。方法：采用醇沉法及大孔树脂分离法进行初步分离得到水提醇沉淀、含氮化合物、皂苷及皂苷元部位，采用组胺致离体豚鼠气管片收缩模型进行药效学筛选。结果：薤白皂苷部位具有显著的平喘作用，其舒张率达到（178．76±11．07）％。结论：皂苷类成分是薤白平喘作用的有效部位。

| Abstract: | Objective：To screen the effective fraction of antiasthmatic activity of Allium macrostemon Bge.. Methods： The fractions of alcohol precipitation,nitrogenous compounds,saponins and aglycones were collected by the separation of the alcohol precipitation method and macroporous adsorption resins. The model of bronchus slice contraction caused by histamine was used to evaluate the antiasthmatic effect. Results： The fraction of saponins showed the remarkably antiasthmatic activity,the ratio of relaxation was（178. 76±11.07） %. Conclusion： The effective fraction of antiasthmatic activity was the saponins. |
