摘    要:
近年有研究显示,他汀类药物能改善脓毒症动物模型预后,提高生存率,其主要机理是通过抑制诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达(iNOS),促进内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)表达,恢复iNOS与eNOS平衡,保护内皮功能,现将其归纳作一综述。

Abstract:
Recently animal experiments indicates that statins are available for treatment of sepsis, which can improve animals' survival rate. The main mechanisms by which statins appear to be an effective drug for sepsis is increased expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS), in conjunction with down- regulation of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS). Combined, this keeps the balance between eNOS and iNOS, thus restoring endothelial funetion. Now relevant experiments are reviewed in this paper.
