| 摘 要： | 目的：报道臀肌松解术治疗臀肌挛缩症的手术方法及治疗效果。方法：采用臀肌松解术治疗64例臀肌挛缩症患儿，术中单纯切断加部分切除纤维挛缩组织，术后早期进行并膝屈髋功能锻炼，防止粘连。结果：本组术后获随访5个月-10年，优良率98％。无复发病例。结论：本术式治疗臀肌挛缩症有明显优点：操作简单，创伤小，疗效可靠， |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gluteal muscle contracture(GMC) in children by relieving the fibrotic gluteal muscle. Methods In 64 cases,the fibrotic gluteal muscle and tissue were completely relieved.The early function training was carried out after operation.Results All cases were followed-up for 5 months to 10 years and 98% had satisfactory clinical results.Conclusion The procedure is a safe and effective method in treatment of GMC. |
