B型超声引导下施行人工流产术效果观察

目的观察B型超声引导下施行人工流产术的临床效果。方法将306例自愿接受人工流产术的妊娠妇女随机分为观察组和对照组各153例，术前给予卡前列甲酯栓，观察组在B型超声引导下手术，对照组按常规手术方法操作。观察2组卡前列甲酯栓用量、手术时间、出血量和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组卡前列甲酯栓用量、术中出血量均少于对照组，手术时间短于对照组，并发症发生率少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论B型超声引导下人工流产术安全有效。

Efficacy observation of abortion guided by B-mode ultrasonography

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abortion guided by B-mode uhrasonography. Methods 306 cases pregnant women voluntaried acceptance of abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 153 cases. All pregnant women were geven carboprost, Observation group perform abortion guided by B-mode ultrasonogra phy, Control group was treated by traditional surgical methods, of 2 groups treatment, compared the dose of carboprost methylate suppositorites,operation time,bleeding volume and the complication. Results The dose of carboprost methylate suppositorites ：and bleeding volume were less than that of control group, operation time was shorter than that of control group, and the inci dence rate of complication was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu sion The clinical efficacy of B-mode ultrasound in abortion is safe and effective.
