高脂血症对突发性聋影响的临床研究

目的探讨突发性聋病人脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血小板水平的变化及降脂干预对突发性聋治疗的影响.方法检测41例病人与41例健康者血浆脂蛋白、SOD、血小板,并将血脂增高的32例病人随机分为两组,对照组16例18耳采用扩血管剂治疗,试验组16例18耳,在对照组基础上加用降血脂药物,观察两组治疗效果.结果治疗后,试验组治愈10耳,显效3耳,有效2耳,无效3耳.对照组治愈8耳,显效3耳,有效1耳,无效6耳.两组比较有统计学意义.血液检测表明,病人与健康人血浆脂蛋白、SOD、血小板水平有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论突发性聋病人应常规查血浆脂蛋白,并给予降脂药物治疗.

Effect of Hyperlipemia on Sudden Deafness in Clinic Investigation

Objective To observe the change of lipoprotein(a),SOD and platelet(PLT),and the effect of decreasing blood grease on the patient with sudden deafness partnering with hyperlipemia.Methods 82 cases were divided into two groups,i.e.the treatment group(41 cases) and the control group(41 cases) , and lipoprotein(a), SOD and platelet(PLT)were determined . 32 cases with hyperlipemia were divided randomly into two groups including treatment group(16 cases) and control group(16 cases) .The therapeutic effects were studied.Results After the treatment ,10cases were recovered ,in them,3 cases showed apparent effect while 2 cases showed availability and 3 cases showed inefficacy in treatment group .In control group, 8 cases were recover ed ,in them,3 cases showed apparent effect while 1 cases showed availability and 6 cases showed inefficacy. There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood lipoprotein should be determined in cases of sudden deafness. The forepart thrombosis of sudden deafness partnering with hyperlipemia partly caused sudden deafness which can be released by decreasing blood grease. This treatment can significantly increase the recovery rate of sudden deafness.
