多发性骨折临床治疗结果分析

目的：探讨多发性骨折的临床治疗方法和疗效。方法：对2010年1月-2011年12月住院治疗多发性骨折患者74例的临床资料和治疗方法进行总结分析。结果：骨折保守治疗12例，先保守治疗后行手术切开复位内固定7例，行骨折切开复位内固定手术同时行清创术28例，行切开复位内固定29例。所有患者骨折全部愈合，功能恢复满意。结论：多发性骨折患者应准确评估伤情，以抢救生命为原则，采取不同的方法治疗骨折，以提高治愈率，减少并发症。

The clinical treatment result analysis of multiple fractures

Objective：To summary the clinical treatment and curative effect of multiple fractures retrospectively. Methods：The clinical data of 74 patients with multiple fractures and treatment from January 2010 to December 2011 hospitalized were analyzed. Results：Twelve cases of conservative treatment of fracture,7 cases of conservative treatment before surgery,open re-duction and internal fixation of 28 cases of open reduction and internal fixation of fracture and debridement surgery,29 cases of open reduction and internal fixation. All the patients with fracture healing and functional recovery. Conclusion：Patients with multiple fractures should accurately assess the injury,in order to save lives as the principle,take different approaches fracture treatment,in order to improve the cure rate and reduce the complications.
