| 摘 要： | 本文报道9倒腕管区严重切割伤病例的诊治,经修复获得了较好的效果,并结合腕管区严重损伤的特点及临床治疗体会,对此进行了初步探讨。作者认为对腕管区切割伤应高度重视,彻底清创,术中仔细检查及正确修复损伤组织,早期功能锻炼,是提高腕管区切割伤修复疗效的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Nine cases with severe cut in carpal canal area were reported and good reults were achieved after restoration. Combined characteristics of injuries with clinical treatment authors made such a conclusion that it is the key point of healing injuries to debride thoroughly, examine carefully, restore tissue injuries correctly and exercise function early. |
