骨软骨瘤和骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA和bFGFmRNA表达及意义

摘    要:
目的研究骨软骨瘤和骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA,bFGFmRNA表达及其临床病理意义.方法骨肿瘤脱钙后常规石蜡包埋切片原位杂交染色法.结果15例骨软骨瘤仅1例VEGFmRNA,bFGFmRNA共同阳性,45例骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA阳性25例(55.6%)和bFGFmRNA阳性28例(62.2%),骨恶性肿瘤两者阳性率明显高于骨软骨瘤(P<0.005).组织学分级I级和无原发灶外转移骨恶性肿瘤VEGFmRNA,bFGFm-RNA阳性率明显低于组织学分级Ⅲ级和原发灶外转移病例.骨恶性肿瘤中VEGFmRNA表达与bFGFmRNA表达呈密切正相关.结论VEGFmRNA和bFGFmRNA表达可能与骨恶性肿瘤恶性程度、生物学行为和转移发生有密切关系,两者均为重要促血管生成因子.

Abstract:
Objective:To study the expression of VEGFmRNA as well as their clinicopatho-Logical significance in osteochondroma and malignant bone tumors.Methods:Expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA was examined by using in situ hybridization on the routinely paraffin-embedded sections after decalcification of bone tumor tissues.Results:Expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA was postive in 1 of 15 cases with osteochondroma,but the positive rate in malignant bone tumors was 55.6% and 62.2%,respectively.The positive rate of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA was significantly lower in the cases which pathological classification was histologic grade I and without metastasis than those pathological classification was histologic grade Ⅲ and with metastasis.The closely positive correlation was foud between the expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA in malignant bone tumors.Conclusions:The expression of VEGFmRNA and bFGFmRNA may be related to the malignant degree,biological behavior and metastasis of the malignant bone tumors.VEGF and bFGF may be important angiogenic factors in the angiogenesis of malignant bone tumors.
