| 摘 要： | 目的:观察达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。方法:比较78例PCOS患者采用达英-35治疗3个疗程前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)在循环血中的游离浓度的变化以及双侧卵巢体积和卵泡数量的变化。结果:经过达英-35治疗后的PCOS患者体内循环血中游离FSH、LH、T浓度明显降低(P<0.05),双侧卵巢体积减小(P<0.05),卵泡数量减少(P<0.05)。结论:目前临床治疗PCOS采用达英-35能取得较理想效果,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Diane-35 in treatment of 78 infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The changes of free concentrations of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and testosterone in circulatory blood,the changes of ovarian volume and the number of follicles in bilateral ovaries of 78 infertile women with PCOS before and after treatment(three courses of treatment) were compared.Results:After treatment,the free concentrations of FSH,LH,and testosterone in circulatory blood decreased significantly(P<0.05),the volume of bilateral ovaries decreased(P<0.05),and the number of follicles decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:At present,Diane-35 can achieve ideal effect in treatment of PCOS,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic. |
