摘    要:[目的]观察FS-1272滴眼液对大鼠亚硒酸钠性白内障的作用及作用机理。[方法]采用大鼠亚硒酸钠性白内障模型,观察大鼠晶状体混浊程度,测定晶状体中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱苷肽过氧化酶(GSH-px)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白(WSP)和不溶性蛋白(WIP)含量。[结果]FS-1272滴眼液能降低大鼠晶状体浑浊程度,增强SOD、CAT、GSH—px活性,同时降低MDA、不可溶性蛋白含量,升高可溶蛋白含量。[结论]FS-1272滴眼液可减轻晶状体氧化损伤程度,从而起到延缓白内障的发生和发展的作用。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the effect and mechanism of action of FS-1272 gutta on cataract of rats induced by sodium selenite.[Method] By using themodel of cataract of rats induced by sodium selenite to observe the cataract opaque degree,the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-px,the level of MDA,WSP and WIP.[Results] FS-1272 gutta can cause cataract opaque degree in rats decreased,the activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-px increased,and the level of MDA and insolubility protein decreased,level of solubility protein increased.[Conclusion]The FS-1272 gutta has the effect of delaying cataract to happen and develop by lessening the extent of the oxidative damage of lens.
