布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的探讨吸入布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将50例轻中症毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组25例,对照组25例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组吸入布地奈德混悬液加万托林雾化溶液,对照组单纯吸入万托林雾化溶液,另外静滴琥珀酸氢考,观察哮鸣音减少、消失及住院时间。结果两组间比较哮鸣音减少、消失及住院时间,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论吸入布地奈德治疗轻中症毛细支气管炎疗效肯定,安全,全身不良反应轻,值得推广使用。静滴琥珀酸氢考不能获得更好的疗效。

The curative effect of budesonide inhalation on bronchiolitis

Objective To explore the curative effects of inhalation of budesonide suspension in treating bronchiolitis.Methods 50 cases of mild to moderate bronchiolitis were devided into two groups randomly with 25 in control group and 25 cases in treating group.Both groups were treated with routine therapy while 25 cases in control group were given inhalation of budesonide suspension and ventolin.25 cases in treating group were given inhalation of ventolin and hydrocortisone sodium succinate.we observed the time of reduction and disappearance of wheeze as well as the duration of hospitalization.Results No significant difference exists between the two groups comparing the time of reduction and disappearance of wheeze and the duration of hospitalization（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide suspension has positive effective in treating mild to moderate bronchiolitis,safe and has few side effects.as well as be worthwhile to widely spread.giving hydrocortisone sodium succinate intravenously can not acquire better efficacy.
