| 摘 要： | 采用KX-1型体内超声衰减系数测试仪对38例正常中期以上孕妇进行胎盘超声衰减系数(PUAC)测定,结果表明PUAC值随孕期增长而升高。PUAC在一定程度上反映胎盘的组织特性,可作为定量监测胎盘成熟度的重要参数。 |

| Abstract: | In order to probe into the quantitative diagnosis of the maturing placenta, the ultrasonic attenuation coefficients of placenta were determined in 38 normal pregnant women after 13 weeks gestation with KX-1 vivo ultrasonic attenuation apparatus developed cooperatively by University of Sciencs & Technology of China and the Affiliated Union Hospital of Fujian Medical College. The results show that the placenta ultrasonic attenuation coefficients (PUAC) increase with the development of the pregnancy. It is considered that PUAC,to a certain extent, reflects the characteristics of placental tissues and it can serve as an important quantitative parameter of placental maturity. The clinical value of the vivo determination of PUAC and the key skill of the method are also discussed in this paper. |
