胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病患者外科围手术期的应用及护理

目的观察胰岛素泵在糖尿病患者围手术期血糖调整中的应用效果,总结泵使用过程中的护理经验。方法将32例需行各种外科手术的糖尿病患者均予以佩带胰岛素泵强化胰岛素治疗,同时,结合患者特点予以心理和置泵护理。结果血糖控制天数1～4d、住院总天数8～24d、无低血糖和手术切口感染病例发生。结论糖尿病患者外科围手术期应用胰岛素泵治疗能迅速、平稳地控制血糖,促进手术伤口愈合,降低感染发生率,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 。

Application of Insulin Pump in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus during Perioperative Period and Its Nursing

[Objective]To observe the effect of insulin pump on blood glucose adjustment in diabetic patients during perioperative period,summarize the nursing experience for application of insulin pump.[Methods]32 diabetes patients received surgery were given intensive insulin therapy by wearing the insulin pump,and patients accepted psychological nursing and placing pump nursing according to their characteristics.[Results]The time of blood glucose control was 1-4 days,total hospitalization days was 8-24 d,and there was no hypoglycemia and wound infection.[Conclusion]The application of insulin pump in diabetes patients during perioperative period can control the blood glucose rapidly and smoothly,improve the wound healing and reduce the incidence of infection.It is a safe and effective treatment.
