| 摘 要： | 目的观察平喘方对儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将60例患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组口服平喘方，对照组服用氨茶碱，在临证中酌情使用抗生素，疗程均为7d。结果在疾病疗效方面，治疗组治愈率优于对照组，有统计意义（P〈0．05）；在中医证候疗效方面，治疗组显效率优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论平喘方具有显著的化痰祛瘀平喘作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe Pingchuan Formula's effect on treating children's bronchial asthma.Methods60 patients of children's bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups of treatment group(Pingchuan formula) and control group(oral aminophylline).The 2 groups had same subsidiary treatment and each had 30 cases.The therapeutic course was 7 days.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group in the curative effect of the disease(P<0.05).In the same time,the better rate of the treatment group was superior to control group in the syndrome of TCM.ConclusionPingchuan Formula has noticeable effect of resolving phlegm and stasis and alleviate asthma. |
