| 摘 要： | 本文对关节滑膜软骨瘤病结合国内外有关文献复习,就其病因、临床表现、诊断治疗及预后等方面进行了讨论。作者认为本病鉴别诊断与早期诊断十分重要,手术采取摘除游离体及切除病变滑膜效果满意。

| Abstract: | We have cured eight patient and have reviewed external—internal articles about synovial chondromatosis of the joint.Here we have discussed its cause clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis,we suggest that the di- agnosis and early treatmet of synoical chondromatosis of joint are very important.The curative effect is satisfactory after extrating and cising the mice and excising the focus synovial. |
